If you decide to purchase items, we will require additional financial information.
We use your name, address, and other information to verify your credit card data.
We automatically track certain information based upon your use of our site.
We use this information to do internal research to better serve you and improve our

We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of our site
to help analyze our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and reduce repeated
requests for data entry. Cookies are small files placed on your hard drive that
assist us in providing customized services. You are always free to decline our cookies
if your browser permits.
Additionally, you may encounter cookies or other similar devices on certain pages of third
party sites. For example, if you view a web page created by a merchant, there may be
a cookie placed within that web page. We do not control the use of cookies by third
parties.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such

3. Our Disclosure of Your Information
Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private
communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in
ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example
(without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government
or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or
access transmissions or private communications. Therefore, although we use industry standard
practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect,
that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain
private.
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent, or distributue any personally
identifiable information about you to any third party. However, the following describes some
of the ways that your personally identifiable information may be disclosed.
3a. Advertisers
We aggregate (gather up data across all user accounts) personally identifiable information
and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and
other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these
situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to
identify you personally. Certain information, such as your name, email address, password,
credit card information, and bank account number, are not retained or disclosed to marketing
advertisers ever.
3b. Legal Requests
AWS cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce
laws. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement
or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate,
in connection with an investigation of fraud or other activity that is illegal or may expose
us or you to legal liability.
4. Other Information Collectors
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses
the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose
your information to other parties, whether they are linked to our site or other sites
throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the
information you disclose to them.
To the extent that we use third party advertisers, they adhere to their own privacy policies.
Since we do not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the
privacy policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose
your personal information to others.
4a.Yahoo! Mail Services
Before you can start using My Spam Gone (MSG) to filter your email messages, Yahoo! requires
that you grant Automatic Login Access to MSG for your Yahoo! Mail account.
This permission is granted from a Yahoo! Specialized Login page found in the MSG software
under the Process Menu | Yahoo! Login.
Yahoo! Mail makes you sign in at least once every two weeks. Your login information
must be stored on your base computer to make it possible for My Spam Gone to help keep you
signed in when you are away from your base computer. Your login information is
encrypted (MD5) when stored on your computer.
If you have a smart phone, it stores the information needed to get to a special Yahoo! mail
login page. This login page requires a password to protect access to your mail account.
When you renew your login with Yahoo! Mail, MSG holds your login information in a secure
folder on our server for about two hours. Once the authentication is complete, this
information is safely deleted from our server.
5. Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or cancel a Services
subscription and get a full refund or exchange the product or service for another one,
be it similar or not. You can return a product or cancel a service for up to 180 days from
the date you purchased it. Any product or service you return or cancel must be in the same
condition you received it and in the original packaging if applicable. Please keep the
receipt for verification purposes. All refund requests will be met with the utmost courtesy
and professionalism required to meet the end user's satisfaction.
6. Security
AWS uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally
identifiable information, including "firewalls" and Secure Socket Layers(TSL 2.0).
AWS treats data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access.
We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access
by users inside and outside the company. However, "perfect security" does not
exist on the Internet.
7. Notice
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.
All amended terms will note the date they became effective.
